LINDY MCCLYMONT MATOS
Maurice has been working in the field of human resources, facilitating, training, counselling and people development for many years, both nationally and internationally.
He has a psychology and social work background, which includes 5 years of clinical experience. This experience covered counselling, group therapy, court work as well as being part of a medical multi-disciplinary team at a leading South African hospital.
As a certified Enneagram practitioner, Maurice uses this ancient assessment tool together with others, to supplement and support his development initiatives.
Maurice has been formally accredited in various disciplines, such as National Qualifications Framework Assessor, performance coach, Behaviour analyst [FSA Contact], FAMSA facilitator, and Investment in Excellence [Pacific Institute] where he holds the title of master trainer. Maurice is also registered with COMENSA as a training provider of coaching and mentoring. Maurice runs a successful consulting and training company, delivering a wide range of interventions, and is actively involved in consulting, training, facilitation and performance coaching in a variety of companies, across the spectrum of industries in Europe, Russia and Africa. He also runs an animal sanctuary on a farm in the Witzenberg Valley, in the Western Cape.
Lindy has over 13 years’ experience in the corporate sector leading teams and managing business units, predominantly in travel and tourism, general management and call center management. For the last 19 years, Lindy has owned and managed Dyad Training and Development, a people development and training business which focuses on soft skills training, workshop facilitation, motivational speaking, coaching enablement and experiential learning.
Dyad is accredited through the Service SETA. In essence, the business focusses on people, leadership and team development through real-world application and experiential methodology.
Specialisation includes: personal mastery, service excellence, emotional intelligence, coaching, leadership development and the design of experiential learning methods.
Lindy’s style is participative, energetic, creative and insightful and she has an innate ability to connect with people.Lindy has vast experience in many management development and behavioural programmes, Pan-African graduate programmes and team effectiveness programmes locally and across the African continent.
She is responsible for the structure, design, delivery and process management of the various programmes from team leader level to senior executive level. Many of these programmes have been running for the past 10 years with much success. She has designed and conducted a graduate programme which bridges young people into business and runs VUCA Optimal programmes across various industries Lindy is an accredited PDA practioner..
