Our  online hub offers  Skills Building  Modules that are designed with opportunities that assist you, the learner, to really understand the topic, practically learn the new techniques and skills and to even participate in an active way of learning on-line.  We have very carefully shifted from the traditional ‘passive’ on-line learning to a more engaging, active and participative way of learning using our revolutionary on-line skills hub. In other words, we’re more that just a “content dump”, our modules are interactive, insightful and often an array of learning methodologies.

Each Skills Module has been allocated an ‘hours of learning’ time.  This means that learners can self-manage their learning, in their time, at their pace. This is learning in the 4IR, and what we do is to bring you powerful e-learning modules.

Our e-learning skills hub is different! Our audiences experience learning rather than reading. The interactive nature of how we have designed our modules, encourages a deep-dive into the concepts and content. We include coaching videos, powerful voice-overs, relevant frameworks and models and very importantly, virtual journaling. Virtual journaling happens through the “pause and reflect” points in all our modules. Learners are posed with thought-provoking questions and have the opportunity to capture their insights and journal their learnings. The exciting part is that on our coaches gets to provide feedback on the virtual journaling thus deepening learning and interaction.
